SELF-CARE SUNDAYS: Habits (Winter-Spring)

This 12-week online bibliotherapy group uses Duhigg's book and focuses on understanding how habits work and how to change them. Offered shortly after the holidays, readings and assignments support any change efforts you've begun or are interested in beginning. The $399 fee includes an initial 1:1 call to ascertain goals of participation and assure comfort with the facilitator and format. Additional worksheets support and allow individual tailoring.

Sessions: 12 Sundays between January and April; each session is 75 minutes
